Pat Buchanon :   "Suicide of a Superpower"

I have many disagreements with Pat Buchanon, especially as it relates to Israel.  But he has a knack for seeing trends, as he did in, "Death of the West".   Mark Steyn would agree.  What I like about Buchanon's writing is that it is engaging, he was a speech writer for Nixon, and he puts overflowing documentation of support for his contentions.  I like to have ammo against the liberals, who usually have little.

I would agree with both Steyn and Buchanon that we have surpassed being on the precipice of the cliff, we are in free fall and need a radical shift in American policy and values, if we are to survive.
